Spring Birds in the Neighborhood
Even though i make my home in suburban New Jersey, very close to an urban area, I manage to photograph a lot of wildlife in the area. One reason is that I live along a river corridor, surrounded by natural greenery, which makes for good habitat for birds and other animals. This spring, I was happy to be able to photograph great horned owls, pileated woodpeckers, and bald eagles locally. Photos here: https://www.lightdance.org/birds2021
